Us in Him

Scripture never seems to say exactly us "in Him". However, we know it is so, because it often mentions us "in Christ". Now, do we then become one of His attributes? Since we are nothing in ourselves, then it must be only on the basis of our being made righteous: "the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness", Romans 4:6.
